3. Quotations and Pricing

• Quotes: Quotes provided by Melbourne TV Digital Antennas are based on the information provided by the client and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes to the scope of work may result in adjustments to the final price.

• Call-Out Fee

  We offer a $0 call-out fee for services within the Metro Melbourne area. For locations outside of Metro Melbourne, a call-out fee will apply, which will be determined based on the distance from our location to the service address.

• Pricing: All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices for services are subject to change without notice, but any pricing changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Payment Terms

• Deposit and Payment: We may require a deposit for certain services, which will be specified in the quote. Final payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods as specified at the time of booking.
• Late Payments: Failure to make timely payments may result in delayed services and/or additional charges for overdue amounts.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Client-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule a service by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Company-Initiated Cancellations: Melbourne TV Digital Antennas reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, equipment issues, etc.). We will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a suitable alternative time.

6. Warranty and Liability

• Warranty on Workmanship: We offer a 10 Years warranty on our workmanship, starting from the date of installation. This warranty covers any defects or issues arising from the installation process.
• Exclusions: Our warranty does not cover issues caused by external factors, such as improper use, tampering, natural wear and tear, or any unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Limitation of Liability: While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality of our services, Melbourne TV Digital Antennas is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
